Interesting chapter, by the way. I'm not sure whether the author intended it so, but the conflict here looks quite complex.
On the one hand, Bakuda (by the way, may be her cape name should be different in this fic? It's not so appropriate for an anarchist to call herself after a criminal organization. Maybe after The Japanese Red Army Fraction would be more appropriate? ;) ) rubs her friend all wrong ways. On the other, the said friend does nothing to persuade her that she is wrong. And the 3rd - I don't see whether Bakuda here really believes that she is speaking with actual kitsune - or just with a human with similar powers _and_ personality.. But I can see that she can be not sure herself. ;)
And as far as my understanding goes - Seka actually sees that there are some kind of issues and tries to help. But. She is neither a psychologist nor a person with a personal experience of these. She is a wunderkind who was never much interested in appearance nor friends with anybody who did, but did read some psychology textbooks and heard something from her mother's medical friends. ;) So she really thinks what she says. And Taylor - being Taylor ;) - just tries to avoid speaking about what really troubles her, so denying her friend information needed to understand where she is wrong. Leading to quite awkward dancing around. And probably to Seka deciding to take a scientific approach such as to compose some tests to run Taylor through... ;)
Another line which could be interesting to explore, along with detective one...

Not bad, actually. Some fun moments, characterization not bad, etc. The start is, yes, student-ish, but as it picks up speed, it gets its legs under it.
Am not sure whether it should be continued as the start would need a rework in this case, but a pity that detective elements were not resolved.

I just have to say this, you made bakuda likable. This is why I love fan fiction, people can do so much with it. Great story.
