| Dementra chapter 1 . 7/17/2017 Given how the Dursleys hate Harry and how spoiled Dudley is, I find it hard to believe that Harry would have the globe in his possession long enough for him to be able to give it to the Doctor. If it's a magical toy, the Dursleys would've tossed it out the day they found him in their doorsteps. If it's non-magical, well... the Dursleys certainly wouldn't have given it to him and Dudley would've taken it the moment he saw it. This notion is reinforced by the fact you stated that the Doctor gave Harry a necklace with a perception filter to prevent the Dursleys from seeing it. To a normal person's eye, it seems like a plain ole' metal star-shaped pendant necklace and he still fears the Dursleys will take it away. Isn't the galaxy globe much more noticeable than that? |
