I want Henry to meet her!

This fic is brilliant, felt it when read the very first sentences. Was waiting for such a story since I first saw Mal and Regina on the screen. All these cute little moments M&R shared after the curse was cast and the way they finally met each other in completely human way - stunningly and touching. Huge "thank you" for every word in this text. 3

I don't normally review stories because I'm lazy as all get out, like I can't even remember the last time I reviewed a story. That being said, holy mothballs. This story was so beautiful that words cannot describe how much I loved it, but I'm going to try.

The way Regina and Maleficent interacted throughout the whole story was stunningly beautiful and heartbreaking and so in character. I loved that it took Regina one day to be like, I effed up Mal, I effed up hard. And that Mal just understood. That was so beautiful. She got that Regina didn't think it through and she forgave her. I loved the scene where Henry went to kindergarten and Regina threw herself on Maleficent while she was sleeping, it was so cute I had to put my phone down and take a lap around my house.

The fact that you added consequences to them not being together, because they're so much more than true love and a step further than soulmates, that Regina was dizzy and other physical symptoms made it so much more touching to me, like wow, it's not just emotional and mental consequences. Its just so beautiful.

And when Mal was killed by Emma and Regina's anguish and her guilt, god it hurts just thinking back on it. I especially loved the part where Mal and Regina are finally brought together and they do the mating thing that they've been wanting to do for THIRTY YEARS. I could feel the relief in that scene for them, yes they finally got it, yes they're finally together, yesssss.

I would love to see how Henry reacts to his third (second? He did meet Mal before Emma) Mother being a Dragon, though with the way the show has gone, he would probably be very mild about it. Henry is so much like Regina that he would most likely ask her to ride her as a Dragon.

Basically, I loved all of this, like a lot. I hope you write more for this couple because it is astounding.
