As I was reading it, I had figured they'd kiss (because come on) and then I was hoping he'd take her off, and then YOU MADE THAT HAPPEN. I LOVE YOU. SO SO SO SO SO MUCH LIKE I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN.

I was giggling like an idiot the whole time I was reading it. It was just so perfect. Your writing was absolutely exquisite, so artful with a flourish that marks a personal style. Descriptive and beautifully done. I just loved it more than I can describe. Very very well done love. Best Last Ship FIC I've read yet.

P.S. And on a side note, that last paragraph was genius. I was laughing outright and so happy when he "took his woman home." (Man, I wish he'd take me home ;D) #CaptainScottForever

I love, LOVE that line in the first chapter 'Their time started now'. As it speaks so true about the show as everyone on the ship, their lives and emotions come last to what is happening in the story as it's all about finding the cure and all that ra-ra military awesome-ness.
I hope you update this story and your others in the future as you are amazing. your prose, your interpretations of the characters makes your stories a real delight to read!

I just gave a sigh after the last sentence of this wonderful chapter. You expressed exactly what we have all been longing for in their relationship. God, I hope it comes to this at the last of season 2. We have all been waiting so long. To actually see her in his arms in an actual picture, not just in our imaginations, was so well put to words in your chapter. Please continue this wonderful story. When I saw that pic on Eric's twitter I squealed and quickly retweeted it I think they were in between or done with filming and we're just two friends clowning around with each other but I love the fics we're getting from the pic and yours I could picture happening this was beautiful all around

Our dear Captain and his lady could not be described in a more romantic setting. Please write more ASAP. I personally want much more of this. I think we all do.
