| maramrunyon chapter 29 . 7/26 The plot of this story is so unique to the marriage law trope. And I'm loving it immensely! I devoured these chapters in a day and a half. Now I'm heartbroken I have to wait. The dynamic between Draco and Hermione are slightly OOC, I believe due to their injections, but still very true to them. I think that's phenomenal! I'm waiting on pins and needles for more chapters. |

| Tuonra chapter 28 . 7/22 I'm sorry but I didn't like this chapter. For one, you Hermione has been getting steadily ruder and seemingly needlessly defiant. I hope she quickly comes to understand no one thinks she is weak for following an order instead of making the decision, or sorts out whatever it is that has made her so resistant to commands. But mostly this chapter that should have been just a conversation between two characters in a story was written as a magazine interview where the interviewer was interjecting way too much of their own thoughts. Namely Hermione breaking the fourth wall to tell the reader how she is totally fine talking about periods and vaginal discharge in casual conversation. Completely unnecessary, very unendearing to the character, and frankly vaginal discharge is something that does in fact not belong in casual conversation. Don't get me wrong, as far as the story goes, the information exchanged in the conversation was perfectly reasonable, just the condescension in the writing made it unpleasant to read for me. Tuonra |
