I love the dichotomy between Bokushi and Oreshi, how Bokushi is most obviously the maniacal dictator of the two but also tellingly unstable and on the verge of collapse; while Oreshi is the quieter, more thoughtful, more caring side, who had friends instead of pawns and hoped and dreamed and grew and is in the end the one who quietly reasserts his existence.

God this fic is so good. Hats off to you, author-san. This is going down as one of my all-time faves.
