What about a legendary Ninja medic from Naruto like Tsunade? she spent many years as an alcoholic and gambling addict, I could imagine that leading to more than a few deaths.
Or maybe her adopted niece and student Shizune, who were following her around, and is also very skilled.
Or if the healer thing isn't too important, the Snake Mistress Anko Mitarashi could also be entertaining, she certainly has the libido to match. She could be the really kinky wife ;-)

Disappointing that he can just wave his wand and indistinctively make over the top stuff happen, the idea of him standing there in a suit with a wave of his wand really made me cringe.

It's painfully bad Super!Harry stuff. And making it happen with clothes makes me think this Harry is a bit too 'fabulous' to handle any wife, let alone five.
