I don't know about "Professor Oak" being able to spread all actual pokemon as his namesake did, but he could probably recreate quite a few of the "Grass Types" and other Plant-based-design pokemon. Ivy might even help, between Oak and the Harley's enthusiasm. That would be fun.
If Xander can make clones that are different versions of people semi-on-purpose, could he try to say, warp the physical shape of a cloning to match their powers with the appropriate pokemon shape? Because then yes, they shall be spreading Pokemon to the DCU. No doubt. XD
Of course, the shape-change might be a bit too drastic to be stable in it's results, so perhaps not the best choice.
I love the Builder stuff. It's amusing and ridiculously useful. I'm with the Cordy's, too bad there isn't a third around to help them Apprentice new Builders~!

Was kind of hoping to see Babydoll get and an aged up clone of herself and directions to a source of mind switching for a time share, but I guess there's always the worry she'd be devastated from both sides to see a version of herself live her dream while the other could only watch if it turned out the mind switch lead was a dud.
