Predators are not that tough. Once you get past their cloak they can be gunned down easily, especially if you have the firepower at hand. Elites and brutes with shields are far far more dangerous. Normal human soldiers and cops can take down a predator one on one once they are past their cloak. They aren't anywhere even close to the weakest spartan.

then shouldn't the title of the chapter be Predator vs Spartan-IV?
