I can easily see this as something that canon Madoka really thought, maybe in the novel or something like that. This seems so fitting and in character for her, and enjoyable for a quick read. Nice job :)

Ha, this is pretty good.
I can imagine this scene going down in the anime. And Makoda's thoughts are everything you expect them to be, such as Mami being a shining example of justice, and Magical Girls being a force of good.
It's also pretty cool how Madoka knew what her Magical Girl outfit was going to be, as well as Sayaka's, before she made the contract. Maybe because all the previous timelines had affected her memory.

Stories like this are part of why, whenever I see your name at the top of the MadoMagi fanfiction list, I know what I'm going to be reading next. You make even an idea this short and simple just fun to read, and something I can totally see happening right down to Madoka's thought process.
