Josh was really in character and what he felt in here is what I thought he felt like on the show. Like canonically they had it going...building up while still giving us a taste and then BOOM the show gets cancelled.

This is PERFECT. You captured Josh's character (how careful he was about not wrinkling clothes or breaking things) and his emotional journey wonderfully.

And their conversation was very in-character, with Cris being the stubborn and direct person that she always is. It really read like a missing scene from the episode.

And the ending line was perfect.
