Such a sweet story! I loved it!

I just devoured that story but really! It brings me so much joy every reread! Tbh I fastforwarded and read the the last two chapters first and then felt compelled to do the whole reread. I love Minako asking the real questions like u don't telepathically communicate eh? Huh. Goes back to my point that yes you avoided the most commonly used ideas and just let them be them and ajsjakshdh I love it. Of course he had a ring forever girl yeees. Anyways yesyesyes thank you thank you!

Guhhh. Pure poetry your stuff is. I felt the gravity triple with Mamo-chan! He studiously avoided the topic and was so excited and elated to have her back in his life wahh

I also really like the ways you avoided the most common tropes in this story too! Like that there was no way could Mamoru move away from jubaan and go to America for years. Also there was no strange magnetism that makes Usagi and Mamoru perpetually run into each other during their four year separation (thus allowing them to just "be" and grow on their own). Not saying that these are tropes I don't like, not at all! Just wanted to point out that the story was so great and unique because it didn't include these predictable (and lovable) sort of cop-outs and their heartbreak can just be because they were sooo convinced that the other person doesn't want to be with them.

I never thought I'd thank someone for breaking my heart but REALLY. Thank you! The uncertainty that plagued Usagi and convinced her that Mamoru only felt the need to love her the way he thought he was destined to? Not because he loved her for her? What, my ridiculous girl!? Her "self awareness" that told her yes she felt insecure and started acting unlike herself but that it was her duty to let him go? Omg my heart just broke again.

Oh boyyyyy. I crave what that month nightmare must have been like for them when Mamo-chan would beg to be taken back! Omggg I already feel it wow. Was he just calling her twice a day? What methods did he try? She cried that he was giving her a hard time but whyyy poor babies

This story brings me so much joy! It has for years! Thank you for making my days better with this angsty hurt/comfort fic that literally makes me feeeellll for our otp. I prepare for my heart to break every time and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Pulled ALL the right heart strings in this girl... I always thought Mamo should grovel a little for the very standoffish way he was with Usagi. Young or not, she’s your damn girlfriend, man! C’mon! And I love how jealous he is over Seiya. I’m only familiar with the anime, so it’s not very often to my knowledge that we got to see a jealous Mamo. The only episode that comes to mind is Palla Palla’s dentist episode where he’s outside rehearsing what he’s going to say to Usagi. Lol Thank you for this adorable little fic! Keep up the wonderful writing!

All the issues they faced w were re totally convincing and reasonable. I actually understand where they're coming from. It doesnt matter if you're soulmates or not, you still have to TRY. I love it. Thank you for writing this beautiful fic. I know it was only 8 chapters and probably too short (because we didn't get to see more of mamoru's changed persona at the hospital... because we obviously know which girl's name he called out that night)... , but it was PERFECT.

I'm surprised at how easily this engagement scandal wrapped up but these are reasonable reactions. I'm glad you didnt villainize anyone just to drag it out further. I'm also pleasantly surprised at usagi's straightforwardness about the lie to the people closest to her. Its refreshing tbh.

I'm on a mission. Binge though your fics. This is amazing. I sympathize with Usagi and feel compassion for mamoru. I understand everything would be solved if usagi and mamoru just sat down and had a heart to heart but WHERE WOULD THE FUN BE IN THAT?

It seems like usagi had fought really hard for their love. I think its rightfully the time to say its mamoru's turn to do the same. I hope he is too stubborn to be a defeatist and actually try to fight for her back
