I want Elena and Damon to walk in on Katherine and Stefan when they go to inform Stefan about whatever happened to Jeremy.

Really liked Elena's introspection and how it's coming with more confidence in herself and who she wants to be. I'm still struggling with Jeremy and all his anger at Elena - don't get me wrong it makes sense it's just hard to read.

Bonnie's reactions to all the DE drama she's forced to watch or hear about is funny because she so doesn't want to be there not even in that curious way that people look at car-wrecks out of morbid fascination.

While I'm glad that Katherine is around, I wish that Stefan's fall from grace didn't come with a built in excuse but I'm crossing my figures that when him and Elena and him and Damon have it out the Katherine piece isn't the linchpin of the argument. Thanks for updating,

Took a while before I read this chapter and though I liked it a lot there was just something a little Messy about it. That may be the tiredness talking though.

I really want Damon to know the extent of Stefan's treachery and abuse of Elena. That was always my biggest complaint was that Stefan always skirted when he effed up. His misdeeds were always swept under the carpet, never to be brought up again. He never had to pay a price for anything either. And while I like it that Damon did have to own up to his mistakes, his were always flashed in bright, shiny, neon letters. The double standard between the way Stefan's sins were handled and the way Damon's were was so obvious.
Jeremy is such an ass so far. He's not doing this for Elena's good, he's doing it for himself. He's just as bad as Stefan in this so far. He can't see beyond the canines.. He's done nothing but make her feel bad about herself. He needs someone to land a good swift kick south of the belt buckles (as does Stefan)
What was so urgent that Jeremy busted up a DE moment? But I have to give you credit, I swear in 99.9999% of the stories, it's always Caroline who interrupts..

Amazing and incredible chapter...

I find myself losing patience with all the judgement and self-righteous attitude. Jeremy's only interested in Elena if she can be potentially turned back into human, and no matter how supportive Bonnie pretends to be she's quite of demanding at how Elena should behave as well. I really hope Elijah won't join the team!

Well, seems things may be different than it seems...

I just wanted to cry from relief that Elena didn't backed off from telling (showing) Damon her new self, she's becoming more sure about herself - despite the fragile state she's in, she didn't change her mind or doubt herself again because of Jeremy (Bonnie), I just love the girl!

And shockingly (again) I liked Stefan's musing at the beginning.

Jeremy needs to be slapped for being terrible to Elena. But alas something probably happened to him. I'm really happy that Elena came to her senses re Damon but I'm sure all this will be put on hold now. Great update.

I agree with everything Eva said. I hope Elena finds out about SK... I can't wait till Damon gets an eyeful of what Stefan has done to Elena over the course of their relationship. He wasn't this knight in shining armor that he (Stefan) believes himself to be. Elena needs an eye opener too. She brushed off so much of what Stefan did, always finding an excuse. I think SE had this co-dependent relationship. She railed on Damon for things that she excused with Stefan.

Oh MY! Interesting twist with the cure and not being able to feed - the doppelganger thing and even Celeste in the picture (loving this one, I loved Celeste!). Who would have thought that my fav scenes would include Klaus and Katherine. Ok, ok, Elijah's the link and he'd come on top - always. Gorgeous scenes! Klaus / Katherine, so in character both of them. Stefan / Katherine, strangely compelling - and, in character - the way it actually makes sense. Elena/Bonnie/Damon dealing with the consequences of Stefan's new knowlege.

And of course Klaus and Elijah, can't get enough of their twisted yet strong relationship. "It was easier to give in to the monster his brother had embraced" - probably my fav line, simple and telling, with his thoughts you managed to capture the nature of Elijah's torn personality, that had been attempted to show in TO.

Amazing chapter...

Incredible, intense and amazing chapter...

Loved that by the end of the chapter Elena seems to be getting her spirit back and was not the scared little girl with Stefan. I'm also loving that you're bringing in the Stefan with anger issues and siting prior examples of this behavior and not pretending like the show did that he wasn't an abusive addict with control issues.

Really liked the super hot scenes with Damon and Elena and I'm bummed that Bonnie stopped him from killing or at least beating the crap out of Stefan. Thanks for updating.
