I don't know how anyone can complain that the twins are 'acting out of character'. What is their character anyway. There is very little about them in the book and no mention in the films, so they are open to interpretation - in fact everyone in this story is, as it is AU.

You say you have no info on the bad guys; why not? They are your characters, so surely you could invent a backstory. However, as it now seems that the story has been either abandoned or is on hiatus, could you please update the summary so that readers know that no further updates are to come.

I know the feeling of shifting to another fandom but you have a story unfinished in an another. Don’t worry. Remember that we’ll understand and be here supporting you.

It is unfair that Estel had to tidy up. Your OC behaves as a spoiled child. Doesn't show any consideration nor appreciation.

I think this would be more like your take on their personalities than what tolkien wrote. Which is fine but it is clear that you are not meaning to go close to cannon when you have a legolas that is a child when Aragorn was called Estel.
For me your Estel feels like a 15 year old at the most.
And Elrohir and Elladan, even if they are usually portrayed as the Weasley twins, they where described as very serious characters. And you need to consider that they recovered their mother Celebrian from orcs that where torturing her, then her mind never recovered and so she had to sail to Valinor. So imagine how it is to live with that experience.

Without wishing to spoil the story, it is clear to me that 'Torion' is really Legolas, and that man who captured him somehow managed to change him into an elfling - and that foul tasting drink took away his memory and did something to his eyes, as well as making him subject to the man's orders. I'm surprised that neither the twins nor Elrond (or Estel for that matter) said nothing about that black scar on 'Torion's' head, which surely suggests some sort of injury.

I see that Thranduil is visiting Imladris. Surely he will recognise his own son. Torion may have dark hair, but Thranduil will not have forgotten what Legolas looked like as an elfling. I'm also wondering about that liquid that Torion's hair dipped into. Might it have washed the dye off the ends and revealed the true colour underneath?

I eagerly await your updates plus finding out (a) who that mysterious man is, (b) why he has changed Legolas into a child and (c) is he actually targeting Elrond's family and using Legolas as his weapon?

So... uh this is really weird but,
