I did wonder where Valentine was in the battle. I was hoping for a Clary vs. Valentine confrontation. I intend to keep reading the rest of your stories on Fanfiction; however, I just got Queen of Air and Darkness so I may have to take a break from working through your work. | Bubblegum234 chapter 10 . 11/12/2015 Just a little pointer, people would begin learning swordcraft with makeshift wooden swords. Beginning with the real weapon ensures injury, and, because the parries, thrusts and deflections wouldn't be perfect, the weapon was likely to get chipped or even break. The royalty would begin with this too. Practice would happen on makeshift statuettes. The rich would then have personalized weapons made depending upon their method and approach to warfare. Also, women almost always knew how to use daggers. Not picking fault, but maybe you could keep these in mind the next time you write something involving warfare. |
