Wow, just amazing. You write the best Whouffaldi and have quite a range too. Great characterization of Twelve, and the you can really feel the depth of emotion in this story.

It is always a good day when I see a new story from you. I really enjoyed this one, a depth of emotion and psychology one doesn't read in fanfic all that often. Very moving. In my opinion, this story is yet another example of how the fiction written does surpasse at times the television series because it provides much needed background information about The Doctor in his new regeneration. I understand that the tv series has a limited number of 60 minutes episodes and that it would have made for borrowing viewing if we had had an episode during Series 8 that would have explored why Twelve was apparently colder, detached or grumpy, but I feel that there was never any attempt to show how The Doctor was affected by those centuries spent alone. The writers of the tv show should have tried... obviously without the emotional sex scene (beautifully written by the way) ... but they should have tried to give background info regarding Twelve. Maybe there would have been less grumbling from some fans of the show if they had spent a few minutes to think about the pain suffered by The Doctor.

My apologies for this long rambling text. All this to say that I absolutely enjoyed reading because you, the writer, has managed to bring with powerful words the pain suffered by Twelve and also the importance of Clara (with her devotion, love, understanding and support). Thank you.

Very, very nice. I love well constructed this story is. The concept of telepathic deprivation total fits the NuWho canon to me. I'm too new of a fan to know if this is a common theme. All I can says is how much i love your version of it here. Well done!
