That was the most gorgeous short work I've ever read. Your imagery is fantastic, your depiction of the royal family of mirkwood poignant. Love!

This is a well written and sweet story.

I love stories where Thranduil is a good, loving father, not an abusive tyrant. People really distort things so much sometimes.

This was beautiful... I love little Legolas stories, especially ones involving protective older brothers.

I've read this before, but I still found it fair enchanting to read again! I love this fic, but hadn't realised it was yours - this is what got me to write my own young-Legolas story! It's so lovely and charming, well done!

Touchingly written. It's amusing seeing reason to chuckle at Legolas's pronounciations amidst the sorrow and grief that has hold over Thranduil and the other Elves.

Lovely story, simply lovely. I like the image of Elves on their knees praying. But isn't Illuvatar supposed to represent God in The Lord of the Rings? Oh well, just wanted to say I love the story, little elfling Legolas is absolutely adorable :laughs: I never knew he lisped!

That was AWESOME! Sad, too. Very enjoyable story. Maybe you should do one about Christmas when Legolas himself has children to tuck in. Just a thought, ignore it if you want.
