Well, Blaise seems like a frontrunner thus far, although I'm getting a rather Sun from RWBY-vibe from him.

If the rest of the males are anything like their canon version, than only Neville and Dean would seem like viable partners.

Justin is a bit too standoffish to make it work, although beyond that he's a decent enough bloke. Better than the rest of them, though that's not saying a lot really. As I'd class most of them as mweh.

Anyway, both Neville and Dean do come with cons.

Not sure Dean could handle the High Society aspect Rose would be part of due to the GWL thing.

As for Nev, considering the boat incident, we can't be certain he isn't being manipulated by Dumbledore.

At this point you might almost want to consider gender flipping Luna, considering the previous votes for such a pairing, as well as to further showcase their old and new reality need not be 1 to 1 with regards to individuals.

As for Hedwig/Harry, could work I suppose.

Then again, so could Susan and the trio and her family name does seem to point to a Necromancy background for said family.

So it's not as if she couldn't eventually contribute to Harry's future job as Death.

Lastly, one thing I do have to point out is rather odd, what with the Potters being alive. Is the seeming absence of Sirius and Remus. You'd think that as Godfathers they'd have wanted to be at the Tournament or at King's Cross at their departure on the train.

Yes, work could've prevented it. But it's still rather noticeable, considering the supposed close relationship the elder Potters and them supposedly have.

Tougher call. Stunner, body bind, sleep (somnus charm) or something akin to a fumble spell/curse are just some of the viable options.

Also, to be honest. Harry's second blade would've been better off with the blood boiler spell on it as opposed to the cruciatus. The AK version can be explained away for use against class 5X creatures, known manslayers.

Using the AK vs them is deemed acceptable.

Crucio doesn't have that excuse and could bring legal troubles, that the blood boiler would avoid.

For the war whip, I'd have suggested either the fire or lightning whip spells, dependent on what you value more.

Cutting through people and cauterizing the wounds. Or hitting them with a high dose of electricity that can paralyze, cause pain, burns and possibly tear muscles and break bones due to muscle spasms. All depends on the voltage level iirc.
