Oooh how will Kagome react? Super excited for next chapter!

...I don't know if you're taking ideas/suggestions/offers (anything to spark up ideas you wanna do), but, if you are, I got an idea you can do for Inuyasha and Kagome (Maybe even Kouga and Ayame [not sure about Sesshomaru and Rin; she would still be a child in that time period and, honestly, would probably be more closer to Kohaku as a love interest than Sesshomaru, who would be more like her father. I would suggest Sesshomaru and Kagura, but if you don't like that pairing, then you don't have to do it]):

MATING SEASON! (Can take place after the three years separation, and/or AU, where they didn't end up being separated after the death of Naraku, the well never vanished and didn't prevent Inuyasha and Kagome from crossing between their worlds).

When the time of Mating Season is upon them, a time where Yōkai/Hanyō claim their mates and start families of their own, Inuyasha's Yōkai kicks in and demands that he finally claims Kagome as his mate and impregnate her with his pups. Because there are few Inu-Yōkai and, instinctually, like the classic canine, Inu-Yōkai desire to have large families/packs with their mates.

Because they're different from human, Yōkai and Hanyō don't tire easily. In fact, when in the time of Mating Season, their senses heightens and their stamina increases more times than normal, depending on their blood and/or heritage... Because of that, they'll keep mating/rutting with their mates, without even tiring (they will stop for food and some rest, having control of their actions, when it involves taking care of their mates)... Even to go as far as to mate them, even should their mates are to end up exhausted and/or asleep... They'll keep mating until their mates end up pregnant...

They desire to become parents and families of their own. Especially, to see their mates carrying their youngs/children/pups.

...And yes, the males will have knots (For those whose Yōkai is based of an Animal Yōkai... It's to help ensure that their mates end up pregnant, and not risk any of their seed to slip out... Not trying to be creepy or anything).

While for the females, wether they are or aren't Yōkai/Hanyō, will be effected by their mate's scent and Yōkai presence, resulting them to having fever-like symptoms (light headedness, drowsy, relaxed states). It's to help their bodies to relax and increase the chance of them getting pregnant.

So now Kagome going to know why her world is upside down after "Sango letter" was send to her.

So it look like the guys are going to war but with who? Naraku?

Thank you so much for writing this chapter! I was so excited to see a new one from you. Ha ha Kouga will never change. Well it’s inevitable that Kagome would find out soon about Inuyasha’s intentions. It’s funny it took this long. I really like seeming the background behind what happened between Sango and Miroku still playing out. Great chapter I can’t wait to read more.

Hmm as for recommendations I really enjoyed The Importance of being Kept, Kagome’s Baby, Base Instincts, Temple of the Dog, and Project Puppy Love. That’s a few I can think of I’m not sure if you’ve read any of them but they are some of my favorites.
