Your descriptions are wonderful and Sakura's actions right on target. I love the scene where she is speaking to herself, to her guardian angel, and no one else can hear her. I do have one small problem with the chapter.
How could a letter written five years before have predicted when Sakura would decide to get her eyesight back? Or that she would become a guardian angle for Sakura? If anyone thought this was strange, or mystical, I would be okay with it, but it kind of messes with the allusion.

YOu have some descriptions in here that are sight based and control Sakura's reactions (Sakura can't see the doctor's glasses nor can she tell the letter has fancy designs) and it takes you out of the story. It can be fixed by having Tomoyo whisper descriptions, or her feeling the impressions on the envelope.
