I love reading your dialogue between Joe and Cameron. You have such talent for writing the best scenes.

I love how complicated Joe and Cameron's relationship is. So fascinating. Your description of Joe and Gordon is perfect..."endearing idiots." :P

I love how good yet at the same time how bad they are for each other. This chapter shows that to perfection.

I love how you kept it realistic and true to Cameron's personality that she wouldn't instantly get back together with Joe...but I ship them so hard. :) I find it fascinating and ironic that Cameron was the one to leave the relationship rather than Joe being the one to "get bored" of her.

I know I've said it already, but I love how vulnerable you write Joe. I love how you balance this vulnerability with the bravado that he normally has.

John Bosworth is my hero. :) I love that Cameron has a soft spot for him.

I like how you twisted the roles between Bosworth and Joe. That now Joe is the one who is a mess and perhaps needs Bosworth. Poor sick Joe. :)

Your dialogue is so much fun to read. I love how Bosworth's colorful character come through so naturally but so distinct. And well, your Joe is amazing. I love how vulnerable you write him.

So I liked the story. Could've used some editing for typos and such but all in all it was a very good HCF story (and those are few and far between to begin with). I really enjoyed the way you pulled out Bos's accent properly and then toned it down for when you typed for Donna but still had it present enough that a fan of HCF could hear that Texas twang. I think that my favorite part of the story was when Joe was just completely baffled about Cameron being there because I could see in my mind the character and that crease of the brow and that just overly confused expression that Lee can portray as I was reading it. Good story overall though. I'll favorite it!
