The fact that even when Naruto was adopted and safe his useless godfather still couldn't be bothered to even send a letter via toad is disgusting and deserves a serious asskicking. That Minato actually chose that ass as godfather is proof that he only made mistakes with Naruto and that Naruto forgave all the crap that stemmed from his mistakes is proof that he had serious brain damage.

I understand why Kenshin and Kagome do not kill but the idea of being a ninja and refusing to kill is ridiculous and a great way to end up dead and more than likely take your teamates and possibly family with you.

I like the little changes that made big differences to the Naruto story line. Interesting that you ended it with the 3rd Hokage still dying in the invasion and everyone attending his funeral. Cuz...there's a lot unanswered questions such as if Naruto became chunin, if Sakura died, if Sasuke was kidnapped or marked during the invasion, who the new Hokage will be, what happened with Gaara, how is the now sane Shukaku adjusting with his vessel, and if Lee ever recovered to continue being a ninja?

This is probably a good place to end, especially with how different everything would have to be after this; that said, it does leave me wondering just where things might go from here. I assume Sasuke has enough money to afford training, and this version of him is a better person than canon, so his story is simple enough to see, he’ll train and train and train, eventually he’ll go for his brother, and if he’s smart he’ll hire a team to go with him. He won’t have been trained by Orochimaru, but the best Konoha has would be available, so even if some of his skills wouldn’t be as developed he’d have other skills; of course, that all depends on what happens when this version of Naruto has his first meeting with Akatsuki, there’s a decent chance he could surprise them enough that Itachi could die right there, then the only question is who Sasuke eventually decides to rebuild his clan with.

Actually, this Kakashi is stronger than he was in canon at this point, so Itachi might not even make it past him. Other than that this Kakashi is better adjusted than he was, who knows, he might actually end up with a happy life in this story, instead of just being a ninja maybe he’d have a family. Then there’s Sakura, she’s becoming a decent ninja earlier than in canon, but she’s been a fairly minor character throughout your story so her fate is hard to imagine, much like most of the rest of the cast.

Finally we have Naruto and his family. Honestly, most people wouldn’t last long against this family, not with access to all the abilities Naruto himself has displayed, and we haven’t really seen just what Kurama is capable of. So yeah, I can see why the story ends here, it leaves things open to the imagination of your readers, but even though you’ve ended at a funeral ou’ve managed to end with a note of how it’ll all turn out great. Yes, some might be lost on the way, but the Himuras are set for a very nice happily ever after.

Wow... That was an intense ending. I wish there was more. Because a Swordsman Naruto, son of Kenshin... That's pretty cool to read about.

A very well written crossover. I am not very familiar with InuYasha or Rurouni Kenshin, but now i think i will have to at least attempt to read their manga. Im so impressed with your portrayal of Naruto, so different from the actual Naruto but nevertheless for the better and with the flow of the story. I loved reading about big brother Naruto and his interactions with his younger siblings.

This was a very interesting crossover. Nicely done. Not many fics treat Sasuke's goal in such a wise manner, I actually don't hate him as much in this.
