I love this story so much. I love that it portrays the struggles of mental illness and the difficulties between Matt and Gilbert sort of like, adjusting to being around each other out of the context of a therapy setting if that makes sense. And how they struggle with that. It isn't like a perfect fairytale. I hope some day you'll write an epilogue. But I can wait for however long that takes.

*sighs* An epilogue would've been so nice...but I can live with this ending. Now excuse me, I will go read the last part of hospiverse, I've been looking forward to it since I read Ivan's and Yao's story. I fricking love this series!

I tried to binge read this but had to put my phone down many times to cry before I could continue. I finished it in a day and the whole rest of the day I just felt sorta empty and sad, haha.

This story has made me cry SO MANY DAMN TIMES. I especially loved the sentence "He had lived his whole life in a bang, and there was something appealing about going out in a whisper." For some reason that line just decided to impale itself in my feels and give me heart disease- seriously, how do you come up with this kind of fabulous shit? Teach me your ways, sensei!
Anyway. I was literally a blubbering mess while reading this, but I know that I'm gonna read this again in the near future (cuz I like torturing myself). Although it's been a long time since you updated, we're all still waiting for that epilogue!

Remember reading this one you first wrote and I loved it! Decided to reread it since it's been so long and fumbles and fairytales is being updated. I still love this story and the others in the series so much, even though most of the fandom has died out my love for hetalia is still going strong!
