Such a beautiful story. It's kinda weird that Holly is leaning towards not seeing Gail. On the other hand she has every right after being hurt so much by Gail. Is there any chance that you'll ever post an update on this? I really hope you will. It's be great to have closure. Thank you.

what a cute / hurtful story so far. you're really good with dialogue. very free flowing and feels like it came from the character. one critique is that even though this is a 'high school au,' in my head i'm still seeing grown up gail and holly b/c you haven't really described them beyond hair color and eye color. that would work fine normally, but with this story i kind of need to have seen them more as awkward teenagers.

hope you get a chance to finish this fic. it'd be nice for them to have a happy ending to all of that high school hurt.

I get that Gail hurt Holly, but it was highschool, they were still children basically. Doesn't endear Holly to me that she's so unsympathetic. I would wager Gail has suffered 10 times more than her, and if she cared for her at all she would be willing to salt some old wounds. Clearly she doesn't feel anything for Gail anymore, so I don't get the point of continuing this story.

So Gail feels contrite. BFD. Holly has been burned twice by this woman, and her hesitancy to contact Gail is well founded. Plus Gail's letter didn't sway me over to feel sorry for her and I am thinking Holly feels the same. Is there going to be another chapter?

I have been reading this story online & am glad it is on FF as well so I can review. This started off cute then got even cuter and now all hell has broken loose. What substance was Gail on that made her think "F*ck off dyke" was an appropriate sentence to use anywhere? Panic at the "In Crowd" knowing she liked Holly is not a good excuse. Oh, Gail this was hurtful and unforgivable. I really like this story and it is so well written. I cannot wait to see what happens.
