This was a really good story. I like the "sleeping curse" idea.

Very sweet one shot

I like the fic so much, it is sweet and I find the sleeping curse a nice idea. Cedric's thoughts on his way to the tower are great. The discussion of books and the knocking of the locked door are funny. Well done!

One of my favorite things about both the character and the series in general is how Sofia is so cheerful and sweet and kind-hearted and absolutely one of the most manipulative characters I've seen in ages, even if she does uuusually use her powers for good.

And basically I feel like you've captured that brilliantly here. About the time she half-revealed that she'd baited him I found myself saying aloud "SOFIA YOU WONDERFUL LITTLE SH!T"- which I promise is an incredibly high compliment. xD

Also, I thank you for giving them a realistic age difference. Some people try to portray it in the neighborhood of 10 years or just AU for even less, but I feel like 15 is rather more probable in the actual series.

On the flip side, while the time skip does account for much of it, I felt like his characterization was maybe a tad romanticized; a little more cynicism and snark could have fit in fine while still making it clear he was a better person now. Still very cute.

I think my biggest issue, however:

"Merlin's Mushrooms, she was sexy when she was spellcasting."

Sexy? I could say something about it breaking the tone a little, but that hardly compares to my other issue. Namely that I'm pretty sure you meant she was...
