It's not an epidermal abrasion! It's just bruising and possibly internal damage! Ever heard of a dermatologist? They deal w/ skin. Epi- means outer. You can't die from a MILD allergy to peanuts. A deadly allergy, sure. Mild, no.
Also, slamming your foot into the wall is not an epidermal abrasion. An epidermal abrasion is the scraping or wearing of the outermost layers of skin. Then foot thing would be considered the straining of the interphalangeal joints.

Hmmmm. I like the premise, the writing itself is good as are your characters. The thing that’s throwing me is Hiro has supposedly been turned 4/5 but acts and is treated like 2 maaaybe 3 year old. It kinda throws me off sadly. When someone is that young every year counts. But otherwise the rest of the fic is good :)
