It was beautifully written: you have a great grasp on the team dynamic and the old season one spirit, the humor, the feels really brightend my mood. I adored the team chapters. You really know how to write the characters, the bonding, the humor. I loved that you didn't rush the relationships and that you found a convincing way how to explain the possibility of a conditioned Ward. It is a trigger phrase to him, after all. And one of the reasons I enjoyed your writing: you know how to slip in the details, little things like Hills assessment of Wards character skills ;) The team was totally in character. Coulsons jokes were spot on and May was great. You sold me, 100% IC, these two. Fitz-Simmons were great as well. Hunter was marvelous and Skye was wow. I love your Skye. We never saw her breakdown aftee her first hard call. I an sure there was one. Beings trained by May or not, she has such a big heart and respect for life that her reaction to killing that agent was so Skye, rang so true, I dare to say that you did her character more justice than season two. So thank you for this :) I would love a sequel (what happens with Kara? With Raina? Skyes parents?) or a time wrap. I so loved season one and rewatching it, do applaud to all the foreshadowing that was happening even way back in episode one. Hope you're doing well and I hope (selfishly) you will maybe find the time and motivation and inspiration to write another aos-fanifc |
