I love, love, love it! Coming here from your Undertale fic, you've seemed to find your niche in writing unrepentant characters and making them into better people. I love it. I never paid much attention to Sync when I played the game (Arietta was my favorite), but I loved reading about him in this story. Good jobdefinitely a favorite!

That endind was just unreasonably adorable and I love it. I agreed with most every twist and decision, and I thought everyone was so very well characterized. Plus I heart Sync now. Funny how that happened.

I wasn't expecting that ending even though you gave very good foreshadowing.

I totally heart this story. It was so precise, the characters so true their behavior. I loved every part of it, and it saddens me that it ended. I hope you will write a sequel of it which will be the best day of my life. I loved your story this much. One more thing, I really loved Sync's relationship with everyone, but, I totally fell in love with AniseSync banter. I hope you write more on them because, you know, something romantic because that would be so awesome. I hope to read more of TotA fics from you. Loads of love and wishes for great future ahead!

Oh my goodness, this story is just wonderful. It started out being pretty funny (the party trying to play hide and seek with Sync, ohmygod) but it ended up growing to be so much more than that. I could feel Sync's despair about his feelings of worthlessness, feeling that he shouldn't even exist. And I loved how slowly, the party begun to change those feelings. And it was such a natural and realistic process. It's easy for redemption stories to end up feeling unrealistic and cheesy, so I appreciated that you had Sync fighting everyone every step of the way, and just when he seemed to be coming around you had him betray the party.

I especially liked his growing friendship with Tear. She has a such an honest blunt personality I can see why she'd be the first person Sync really started to be able to trust. Sync and Anise's bickering was pretty damn funny. Most of all I liked the interactions between Sync and Ion. My favourite scene in this story is definitely the one with the two of them sitting in the window side by side in Keterburg. It's taken them all this time but they've finally started to be able to understand one another. I especially liked the touch of Sync giving Ion his own name- when Ion talked about his jealousy before, Sync disregarded it and thought he was being ridiculous. Him giving him a name really shows that he's trying to think about Ion's feelings. Oh, and when they took one another's hands... THE FEELS.

So basically this was amazing and if you do ever get round to writing a sequel I will be on it like a car bonnet. And if you don't, I just wanted to say thanks for an awesome read. I only just finished playing Abyss and Sync's backstory was the one that hit me the hardest. I hated how he died thinking he was worthless trash. So I'm just going to imagine this AU is canon. ;) "Sync the Tempest: From Trash to Treasure."

Can't believe this story is finished but its a great end to start a new plot! I loves this story especially how Sync sound polite just because that's what people want to hear from him, lol, that sound like him alright. Glad he still being the replica that I love. Many people tend to portray him too OOC and I'm glad you still keep him like that even after the change.

Awww! I love this chapter! I just can't believe that this is over! the plot was amazing (as always) and i was really excited when Sync admitted that he likes Anise! ;-D Squee! I can't wait until the continuation, and huzzah to you for finishing the story! Toast! Anyways, i love the story.

You have no idea how much i was relieved when i found out you were making another one/continuation! Your persistance and great writing has even gor me drafting for my new story! Keep up the awesomeness!

P. S I love the name Octave. It is perfect, and really makes the reader play with the meaninga and relations!

Precious! So many feelings I felt while reading this final chapter :D It was a good story from beginning to end with one of my likeables minor antagonists from the tales of series. I'm happy that your fic portrayed Sync as a good guy despite the events of the original game. I actually hope that, in the sequel, Sync continues to prove himself valuable for the team. I absolutely loved the decribing words you used in the chapter, and you matched the characters personalities very well. This chapter is so good. The words you use are pefect! I really like how Sync is becoming... GOOD! Finally! But Tear is absolutely right. He is a very good person, but he's gone through so much that he thinks he's bad. I really can't wait to see what happens next!

Lol... I was drawing an outfit for a friend of mine's story and was going over what I know of the plot leading up to her getting the outfit in my head, and muttered something about 'can't save Sync from the Core all the time... I wonder if that story's updated yet...' And then I come look and it's updated. Such timing!

-grins- I haven't reviewed for this story yet, so I might as well now... This is definitely a take I haven't seen, written, or beta'ed for yet. I've seen Sync change his attitude completely before the Core even comes close, I've seen Sync be a stubborn A-hole and jump anyway even though he /does/ have something to live for, and a few other variations, but I don't think I've seen this before, so this story's had me enraptured from the moment I found it.

Nnng... I might have been bothered to write a longer review if it weren't so late. Still, really awesome!

Why...I got feeling that Sync will die in Ion stead by absorbing the miasma from Tear's body?
