This was cute. I recently became interested in DBZ and began shipping these two. I'm glad I found a sweet fanfic about them. :)

Hmmm... This is kind of similar to my first fan-fic, "One Moment With You", in the sense that I rushed the relationship progress between Bulma/Vegeta and had Vegeta a little too out of character... Looking back, I could've done a better job, but I guess, when you start out you're bound to make some errors... I'm kind of improving on that with my new fan-fic though. I guess the more you read, the better you become and getting things right... There's some awesome-as fan-fics out there that'll definitely help improve your writing style and all...

The plot is a great stepping stone to go on though... It's just that Vegeta's never the kind of guy to openly express himself. I would say you could improve it by having Bulma coerce him into taking her into dinner, in order to spite Yamcha, promising a great meal and promising to fix his bots in the morning. After a heated argument, he agrees (thus gets both their characters right). During dinner they start getting drawn to each other etc... Just my recommendation!
