You know what would be really cool?

If the writer of the original journal (going to refer to them as she after this cause it says 'the journal of a mysterious WITCH') reincarnated!

So she'd be dealing with unusual dreams of her past memories and friends all the while making her way in this new world with new people where muggles and wizards coexist (maybe not in harmony). It would be great for teary scenes like finding the resting places of her old friends. Or seeing how everything is so different. See how her dream had been worked for to be accomplished.

And for the journal it could start off "I don't know why I'm writing this but for some reason I feel like I should. As if it's a habit I already have. But it can't be. I've never owned a journal before."

I really hope you do this! I'd would if I came up with this brilliant story! Anyway loved it and update soon!

I think you are now my new favorite writer. This sequel and the first story are absoulutely brilliant!
Though I kinda feel like I read this before. It really reminds me of the book 'city of ember' but I liked this much better.

Oh my oh my! Again with the journals! And unknown gender! and no names! I don't remember why the other fic didn't have names, but the same format is followed here... hm. This shorter one is nice, and builds a little more on the whole wizards and humans meeting thing! yay :)
Hmm... I don't see as much world building as the other one, and the transition of power from his master to head herbology druid... seems a little abrupt. But I guess it's cuz it's in snippet (or journal entry) format, meaning it was intended to be kept that way, so great! XD
I am curious about the next chapter, though I do mention again that I don't feel as pulled to the storyline (not your fault! You do a great job! It's not you, it's me! ME!) as your other fics.

Wellllll. I dunno. My reactions to this after finishing it was a 'oh. huh. I wonder what will happen next, but I'm not really raving about it. It's good writing, that's for sure. I think it's just mostly me and my hesitance about some genres. Maybe leave a cliff hanger that I want to let you know of my reactions?
Ohhhh wait a minute. I know why I'm not so attracted! It's cuz it's almost like... a historical article! Yeahhh! It's like, there's no problem, no conflict... just everyday life, telling the story of one's own life! (A journal, which was the point, I know) LIke, like, the dramatic moments in the journal became hidden by the everyday thoughts and happenings that weren't as important. ...wait...
You know what, just ignore me. I have no idea what I'm saying. ...I would erase all the above, but maybe you'll benefit from my flow of thoughts and reasoning behind my rambling...?

Anyway, I enjoyed reading the chapter! :) Can't wait for the next one!

I love both of these stories (Memoirs, and Journal) very much. Journal actually reminded me a bit of a 1 pick challenge of Dwarf Fortress, for the pure desperation of building a society from almost nothing in hostile lands. Memoirs, meanwhile, captures amazing character maturation and development all in nothing more than short journal entries. Truly, both are superb. Thank you for sharing your writing!

I really want to see what the muggles think about them. And their reactions after discovering their history. As well as seeing how the muggle world changed, its impossible for them to have remained the same.
