Good chapter... loved Beth's story of her time in Grady Memorial. When I saw her in the show, this is exactly how I saw her... channeling her inner Daryl Dixon. There were times I could see him in her at the hospital and that's the reason I wanted them back with each other... because, that time they were together change the both of them. Really good job with the chapter.

Love this story... it's fun to see these two as a couple... pretty much from the start. I really don't believe Beth has anything to worry about with Daryl and this Nessa... she'll eventually throw herself at him and Daryl will gently (his way of "gently") set her straight. Daryl is truly a "lone wolf" and wolves mate for life. I think he is helping her because, he (and Aaron) found and saved her and her sister. He is dealing with Nessa out of honor but, if Nessa does something "sexual", he'll flat-out tell her to "back the fu*k up". Carol was fairly close with her thoughts of Daryl with reading women... it's not that he can't; he can, just like a man... it's the sex part he has problems with. Remember, when he's (or Norman has interviewed) talked about himself, he's said he's had dealings with women... but, just the random hook-up or Merle tossing him a bone. Women for him were nothing more than just a way to pass time... but, the longer he's been away from his older brother he's a much different man. Daryl is a much different man than he was with his brother, more responsible... he's a leader now, not a follower and the only thing Beth has to worry about is if Nessa's psycho. Sorry for the diarrhea of the mouth... I've a tendency to ramble some... but, as I said, I love the story.

After a search I found his fanfic. I love Bethyl, and after these years Miss Beth, the series is in a difficult time and it is impossible not to remember the almost romance of Daryl and Beth.
