I think you should write AU in the summary as just a heads up- especially if you are gonna make everyone an edge lord.

This was an awesome chapter.

Yeah, I'm still not feeling what you did here, but I'll withhold my final judgment until I see how it plays out. One thing for you to keep in mind though, Jaune is the purported protagonist here, keep in mind that powering up all of his teammates the last 15 or so chapters has left him arguably way behind in terms of both talent and ability. The girls all have innate special abilities that are now, presumably anyway, well practiced, that leaves Jaune, whom admittedly was well pracited with low latent talent, far behind.

WAIT WAIT WAIT... WAAAITT! Salem is... She's not...? And they're all...!? I did not expect this at all! Though I'm sure most of us didn't expect it... Now curious about something, by giving them free classes for a YEAR are you gonna skip to when they see each other again, or continue writing about what they do,and experience, while they're away from school?
And legend of the silver eyes? Wow, seems like Ruby's gonna be in the spotlight with ABSN for a while

I don’t really like this chapter at all. It seems way too sudden and out of left field, like it’s entirely disconnected from the previous chapter. I also don’t like that Ruby is suddenly being shoehorned into this story when she and the other three have been absent it for so long. I’d have preferred her to stay out of it. Finally, this is more some advice than a complaint: splitting up characters like this for their own growth sounds cool and interesting, but most fics that have tried it fail miserably. Mostly because RWBY works because of the interactions between characters. Splitting them up to train alone with one or two obscure characters gets boring very quickly. So I’d advise you don’t have this last too long.

A lot of twists in this chapters

Okay, so far, I'm not sure if I'm right about this, Weiss' problem will be next, and then Pyrrah's. Guessing by how things have been going, each problem they have will get harder than the last, which I really am interested in. Anyways, great story! Which is a lot to say since I rarely read stories with no romance... Anyways, I'll keep waiting for the next update, even if it takes a year!

I actually want to see the next chapter of never fight alone because I want to see how you'd write Pyrrha's reaction over jaune's death
