found this story today and I'm enjoying its great. Mrs Bennet's behavior is shocking, its obvious she can't be round for Lizzy's confinement. perhaps Mrs Gardener could come instead, I think she'd be much better maternal figure to have around at such a time.

thank you so much for continuing the p&p magic! i love your story and the way you present each character, i think you do them justice! there's just one little thing that's bothering me, sometimes you fall into a modern way of writing, words like "hey" or "wow" would have been hardly used at that time... but anyways it's one of the best p&p fanficiton i've read so far, thank you! :)

I like how the increased size and effects of the pregnancy lead to hints of impropriety and thatrs B is going to be so outlandish and Lydia her entitled self are set to be the antagonists! I cannot wait for that set down!

to be good but I can't stand that they sound like modern day Americans. Just reading the tale, I know you must be American. I have no problem with Americans, but these are educated British people from the 19th century. And then maternity clothes?

Hi, just a few things I've noticed in your writing. I take it you're American?

Some of the words you use would either not have existed in JA's time or would not be used in the context you have used them, i.e "ok" did not exist (I think someone else may have picked that one up), but also "yeah" (far too modern), as is "great!". "Gotten" does not exist in modern British English and I don't recall ever coming across it in any 18th or early 19th century literature either. It is very much an Americanism.

Don't take this the wrong way. I think you're writing is pretty sound overall, just the odd typo and aberration.
