This has been a great story - the last couple of chapters have been intense

Awesome ending. It takes time to get over everything they have been through but there is hope.

Oh I hope Emily doesn't get hit in the crossfire as he mentioned to her.

I always wondered what could make someone suddenly turn to the other side? Have they always had that in them and it just took something to bring it out?

I liked it! It didn't seem like you had gotten very far into the original version so to me, the rewrite seemed fairly seamless. I hope you continue to write Derek and Emily. There aren't very many good D/E fanfic writers out there but you have been one of my favorites.

Didn't realize you had updated again! Glad Rachel (at least on the surface) doesn't appear to be trying to help Mosely in any way. I was worried we were going to find out she was working with him for some reason. :) Although I guess anything is still possible. On to the next chapter!

I thought that he was dead, now he will have to pay for what he did in jail.
I hoped that Derek and Emily would have been together at the end of this story, but at least now they are friends again.

He really wants to be killed if he is behind Derek. I will read the next chapter right away because I want to know what happened.

At least he's not torturing Emily anymore and his conscience got the best of him. Hope she doesn't get caught in the crossfire.

I hadn't read the first one, so I can't offer a comparison. I agree that ending with the Morgan/Prentiss undetermined is a good way to go. At this point, the only thing we can be sure of is that their friendship will survive.

I'm enjoying it. I'm having a bit of a mental disconnect on the Prentiss/Derek underlying theme, but that's probably just me. It's a potential pairing I hadn't really considered.
