Ah, so this is set during chapter 699 before Sasuke leaves the village! I always wondered what happened in the time between the end of Naruto and Sasuke's battle and when Sasuke left :p

I also wonder how you'll make Sasuke slowly have feelings for Sakura and how you'll make him want to leave the village on his journey :o

Great build up! I enjoyed it! I love how the mission includes guys like Genma, Iwashi, and Raido, its a nice touch and shows your knowledge of the series. I thought the scene with Ino and Sakura was great and realistic; no one can expect them to move on so quickly after the war.

I am also anxiously awaiting for Sakura Hiden news! I'm really excited to see what story they tell.

Hey! I rarely comment any fics, but I just wanted to spend some time and write that i absolutely love your work and you are a great writer! Most of the fanfics after Naruto ended are based on the 10 years time skip and family life etc. so it is a breath of fresh air to be reading about the events before Sasuke left the village..I do not know where this is going but I love it so far!
