Guest chapter 1 . 4/18/2016 Just found this and I hope you continue it. It looks very interesting. |
Jo chapter 1 . 8/18/2015 On behalf of snape to dumbledore and all those douches, "I will hurt you for this. A day will come when you think you're safe and happy, and your joy will turn to ashes in your mouth. And you will know the debt is paid." Thank you Tyrion lannister! great work, can't wait for the next chapter! |
Dear Pigfarts. Love the Doctor chapter 1 . 5/11/2015 Honestly, I think this is an excellent story! It is well written and flows beautifully, you handled the situation amazingly and I only have a few things that I would have suggested to be included. First, I would have loved to know what Remus' thoughts were (I know it's not really about him, but you know...). Second, I think the ending was too... Sudden, I think it needed something extra (because, while leaving people wanting more is great, I was left feeling unsatisfied, confused, I didn't feel like that was the end). But apart from that I really enjoyed it and it was a /very/ good piece of writing. |
NeonDomino chapter 1 . 3/29/2015 I've really enjoyed this. Sirius would have regretted what he had told Snape the moment he had, because why else would he have run to James and told him? (In canon) So him having regrets here really works. They had to confess all to the Headmaster - and yes, James would say about relentlessly bullying. I can see Snape keeping the secret - telling would mean that everyone would know what he is, and his own removal from Hogwarts too. This was really well written. Good job. :) |
DemonVampireGoddess chapter 1 . 3/13/2015 More I must have more |
Fire The Canon chapter 1 . 3/6/2015 And that... is called karma :P Aha! An interesting AU here, and definitely something I hope you continue with later. Like... Snape as a werewolf. Damn, there needs to be more of this story! I wanna know how he handles it *pushes to MC* Well done! |
hwyla chapter 1 . 3/5/2015 Obviously this is AU, so I will accept that Sirius actually blames himself and James admits to being a relentless bully (not only to himself, but to the Headmaster of his school). It is rather out-of-character for both of them, but I will wait-'n'-see how future chapters go. It appears you are also changing the 'timeline' for this? So, it happens in 6th year, not 5th? I am wondering then whether or not SWM has happened yet or whether Lily and Snape are still friends? I would have more trouble with moving SWM to before the 'werewolf incident' as I think it would seem severely changing Sev's character as that incident would have made him even more paranoid of them. I find it hard to believe that JKR insists Sev knew Remus was a werewolf, but she did. Which implies that Sev trusted Sirius enough to not send him to meet an uncaged werewolf. Previous to then, I can only assume that most of the Marauder 'pranks' were humiliating, but perhaps they didn't seriously injure Snape too much? Hard to say since they enlarged that one kid's head. Looking forward to what the new chapters bring. |
suicune4ever chapter 1 . 3/5/2015 I'm surprised James would acknowledge that they bullied Snape at all - seems like he'd rather cover that up instead. I'm not expecting Dumbledore to act all kind to Snape - he certainly didn't care much in canon. ... I'm interested to know what will happen next :) |
Guest chapter 1 . 3/5/2015 I doubt James would use the term "relentlessly bullied" when describing the way they'd treated Snape. Dumbledore was right, it was reckless and irresponsible of Sirius to tell Snape how to get past the willow but at least he is willing to take responsibility for what he did. On the other hand Snape was not an innocent victim. He and the Marauders hated each other and constantly fought yet he was still stupid enough to follow the directions Sirius gave him because he hoped to get them into trouble. There is also the fact that he was still as student when he created at least one spell that caused severe damage and could easily kill. |
excessivelyperky chapter 1 . 3/5/2015 I'm surprised that James is admitting he and his friends bullied Snape; but at least he understands the situation. And if I were Albus, I'd leave my own potential problems out of it, but tell the kids that Remus might well be put down for biting Snape. But I have faith that Dumbledore will be able to bully Snape into silence; he was able to do it the last time. Oh, yes, and let's not forget Lily Evans. I wonder what lies she'll be told so she'll believe James is a hero and that her friend Severus should be dumped. After all, it worked so well in canon, didn't it? I'm sure something will be worked out so she'll get mad at Severus for becoming a werewolf, but not at her 'real friends'. |
