Yay! I'm so happy to see that this story has been updated! Hurray! I love all of this angsty romance haha it's a great read :)

The scene when Ralph pushed Jack to the floor was so funny. Actually what happened before, when Jack decided to sing for him in the middle of the night had me giggling too. So cute.
And the confrontation in the end made me wonder if Roger had another personal motive that made him angry other than Jack abandoning the group, maybe some kind of relationship he had had in the past with Jack. When he said that Ralph was the biggest prize in the collection, his words sounded so bitter. But... I can be reading too much between the lines.

DUN DUN DUN. i think there was only about three hours between their decision of having a relationship, and having that relationship be discovered.

And holy shit. Jack's equivalent of blaring a boombox at Ralph's window at 1am is the funniest and sweetest thing ever. i think that is the first genuinely heartwarming moment in this fic, as opposed to all the other angst-ridden ones (not that they arent delicious!)

Another great chapter! The ending surprised me a bit. I thought Jack would try to intervene but not really fight against Roger and the others. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Once again, I love the detail u put into fleshing out his conflict with his sexuality, his frustrations with himself and Jack, and his reluctance to open up to his largely emotionally unavailable father. That scene at the table with his dadI swear that was me at 17. Good to see Ralph has caught onto Jack's 'intentions'.

I also love the effort u put into his relationships with the gang, particularly his reliance on their mental strength and positive vibes, which is absolutely what he needs.

5 years! I'm so happy to see u updating this. over the last few years, my day would always gets better whenever I got an alert for this fic. Always love rereading this, as well as ur other stuff.
I feel like u've tackled a great angle with ralph's guilt and struggle with his faith. it's far more substantial than typical plotlines where faith is thrown out the window. ironic with comparison to jack.
also, am concerned where jack learned all of this s&m stuff from? did he just ... learn it from a book?

You don't know how much I was thrilled when I checked my email today. It's so good to see a new chapter. For a moment I thought they would start to get along again, but Ralph's suspicions about Jack's behaviour is understandable. At least he said some truths that had been bothering him for years. I'm looking forward for the next update!

It's a pity that this has been abandoned - given it was last updated a long time ago. This is one of the best stories I have read for this pairing so far!

I know this was posted in 2016, but this is amazingly well-written. I am saddened to see that you haven't updated it in a long time, and that you may have abandoned it. However, I just felt the need to express that I greatly enjoyed your work.
