I love how Kaneki's acting all badass ghoul but as soon as Hide figures out who he is he just becomes typical dorky Kaneki. Except for wanting to eat Hide. And yes, Hide-Kaneki reunion is important. And also Hide being unsure Kaneki can drink coffee. So great.

I would have loved for something like this to have happened.
