I am so glad to have someone delve into the complex character of Boromir. Peter JAckson had done his best to paint him in the movie, but he simply didn't have enough time for us to understand his desires and fears.
You lay dhim bare for us to see, and I like that I can finally understand him deep within. I so badly hope he can be saved (I didn't in my own fiction, I cried so much writing his death hehe).

Wow! I love your story and the fact that you are giving Boromir some love! I cannot wait to see when Freya will start to change things and her realistic experiences on taking on this quest as an inexperienced modern day woman.

I wonder why there are so few reviews on this story that I like. The first person point of view makes it rather dynamic. Anyway. Save Boromir ? I know I've not been kind with him in my own version, but I didn't want him to die. Cheers
