I don't know how I missed this when you first posted it. This was so sexy and hot and maybe a little sad. Bass wanted her to understand why he did the things he does and he wanted to be strong for her and keep her safe and Charlie wanted that too. God they are just perfect together. I hope that you do write more for this story, but as a one-shot I really did enjoy it.

This was really hot, and quite wonderful also. For a moment, I so wanted her to stay with him when he asked, even though I know that in the context of the show and the story's setting, it was impossible. But I loved getting a glimpse of the insecure man inside the general. I thought the "Let me be your strong person when you need me. And maybe you could be mine." line was beautiful.

Um, you definitely need to do some follow-ups! This was all kinds of crazy hot! It was intense and he was possessive and claimed her *holy hot flash* You straddled the fence really well between a "regular" sex experience and the darker, slightly bdsm ones. I love to read stories that explore how Charlie allows herself to let go and let someone else take care of her, and those slightly darker stories are fun to read here and there, but sometimes they don't lend themselves to being completely believable. I don't know if I'm making any sense lol Hopefully you catch my drift and will post something new soon )
