Hmm, I really do enjoy how well you write both Mikasa and Eren. A lot of writers portray Eren as just a brute, or else without a lot of depth, but this collection does a good job with him.

Showing that Eren does have depth to him, that above all else, above his hatred of the titans, that the biggest driving factor for his character is that he wants to be 'free'. Eren wants to see the outside world and I think a lot of people can relate to that. Chap 27 'Constellations' really illustrates that well.

Mikasa is similar to Eren, but her desire to be free is more trauma based, and it is a kind of through-line that bonds her to Eren among many other things.

And of course, even as a child Mikasa is still much more emotionally mature than Eren, though she does not show that side of her to anyone else. I enjoy how you 'show the reader and don't tell them' the emotions of the characters here.

Overall well done, short but worth the read.

I just read all 24 chapters and I just have to say that I love your writing. Even the smutty parts were well composed and mostly classy. There were a few chapters that honestly made me think and cry.
