Of course Snape is confused-Sirius Black is actually sorry for what he did, and that's never happened to Severus before (Albus has been lots of things, but sorry for what he did to Snape has rarely been one of them). Sirius Black does sound like he'll be patient about getting forgiveness, though, and perhaps if he did something nice for Snape, and not just words, it would mean more. (Alas, Remus is all words and not much more, so Snape knows better than to expect anything more).

I like Neville whapping his Gran with the accidental magic-at least she realizes she's at fault for abusing Neville and letting Algie nearly kill him.

And that was a horrible dream, but Severus will do everything to help make up for it, the way he'll make up for all with Harry. See, Severus follows up his remorse with action...

Well, at least Sirius would be a grownup around Neville, and Neville wouldn't have to be looking after Remus quite as much.

Draco really should have apologized to Harry a lot sooner, though.

I hope that Severus can be both truthful and reassuring to Neville, too.

And Harry is just a sweetie.

I love this story, been following it for a while. Severus' dynamic with Harry is just what I was looking for. Still, with Remus, well... As much of an adult as he is, you cannot force someone to love another. I know their relationship gets better (I'm rereading) but I don't know, this chapter has always stuck with me. It doesn't take away from your story or fantastic writing, but it always left me thinking.

How nice that Severus has to forgive Sirius, when Sirius *still doesn't regret trying to murder Snape*. Shouldn't there be some repentance first?

But as ever, what Gryffindors do are such jolly pranks and so hilarious, especially when Snape is the victim.

As ever, everyone has to change their lives around just to make Victim Remus feel better. It would be nice if he tried being a grownup.

And yes, Neville feels like *he* has to be the adult and comfort Remus, three times his age.

But Draco has some real groveling to do with Harry gone.

And so does Albus, but of course he won't, because it's all Snape's fault for not loving his abusers more.

Hope they find Harry soon!

this is a really great story and i hope you finish it or at least put up a new chapter soon. you had me locked in the whole time, i love how Neville and Sirius interacted, i love how Albus and Draco did as well but my favorite was Harry and Severus, i normally dont like them but that was a good one. i love reading about when Harry was small.

I'm glad that so much is being done for the three boys in these men's care.

And it's kind of interesting that Albus mentioned that Harry was rescued from a situation much like Snape's or Tom's.

Gosh, wouldn't it be nice if Albus regretted not rescuing Severus or Tom?

And it's too bad that Neville always feels he has to save Remus.

When is Remus going to grow up enough to save Neville?
