Pity that you could not have written a prequel to this story, where Kirito is challenged by someone to a face-off within GGO, and wanted him to use his NerveGear to perform the Link Start, which could cause Kirito to appear the same way as he did last time he entered GGO, but with the skills and stats, as well as items and equipment, of his SAO avatar incorporated/integrated into his GGO avatar.

There is a possibility that Kirito could have reset his ALO avatar, without erasing his game save data of SAO from his NerveGear, you know.

The question is, however; What kind of support program Yui would have been turned/converted into if the 'tear crystal' containing her backup data had not only been transferred over to GGO but also activated by Kirito?
