I really like the way you portray Arthur and Merlin's friendship in this story–neither of them says anything about it, but it's definitely there in their interactions. It's much more realistic than an instant friendship, because as the crown prince Arthur would be expected to have noble friends, not peasant servant ones. But I course, they're friends anyway :) Thanks for sharing this story, and God bless!
