Holy hell this was a brilliant and ingenious idea for a story! The mere thought of seeing a Booker that is also Comstock but as a good man is madness! But a great madness for those reading! Dis iz perfecto!

Not that I'm not enjoying the story, but knowing the woman is Anna, it shouldn't be surprising that she looks like Elizabeth. Really, she should look exactly the same and have the same fighting spirit. Anyway, I suppose that was a bit of a nitpick. I really enjoy how detailed and accurate your historical references are. :)

There's a lot of people in the BioShock series that deserve a punch in the face, and more. Man, I was really off with my guesses as to the mystery woman. Should have expanded my horizons; we're dealing with Tears here. I wonder what a 1920s Columbia would look like.

Oh Booker, you are an idiot. I'm guessing that he's got the memories of that Comstock that abandoned Columbia. That would be enough to drive any one nuts. Anna's definitely going to Prime Booker for help. That's going to be interesting, especially if Elizabeth comes along.

"she cracking her bleary eyes open" needs a little change. "her" instead of "she" or "she cracked" instead of "she cracking"? The secxond one makes more sense.

"she silently cursed" makes more sense than "she silently cursing" unless you take out she before cursing

back right before the line break, it would be better to say "she [hadn't been] in a state to notice a racket" rather than "she *wasn't* in a state to notice such a racket"

you forgot an H in "he" by Robert 9 paragraphs up from bottom (not including the Author's Note, but including every time you pressed "Enter")

2 paragraphs later, "He was physically health". you forgot the Y there for healthy.

Hmm, Booker jumping to the other Columbia and getting Comstock's memories, Annabelle jumping back with him and getting the dead Annabelle's memories... Oh boy, this shall be juicy. Can't wait for the drama!

I have an idea: what if you took a throwaway character, or perhaps a character I'll end up using, like one mentioned back in february (I know, long time ago, check page 9-ish), and have then slap a sticky note on the monitor to look for a Columbia without a Booker, but not like the final Comstock's Columbia. Like, Columbia happens (well, maybe not), but Booker dies, and Annabelle still hasn't changed yet into the frigid [female dog] like in most "cannon" Columbias, but grieving, and who could handle a new Booker filling in either that same gap, or creating a new one to make it easier to ignore the grief.

yeah, I figure you know a lot better about it than me, so I'll just wait and see what you do. :)

Anyways, great chapter, and I can't wait to see what Elizabeth gets this year. :)
