I find that a lot of things are really not explained properly. For one thing, why exactly did Arina need to suddenly go into hiding? And why at the command of Elrond? Also, why would she even hear a rumour about Thorin being dead and then just believe it without proof? And if she lived in Erebor for a few years and was close to Durin folk, why the hell would she become friends with the dragon who killed their people, sacked and claimed their city, and destroyed all of Dale? And she went into hiding for 30 years... what exactly was her relationship with Thorin and the others? That's not clear at all, and although you will probably clear things up eventually, it should be made obvious already by this point. Things really don't add up for me.

Vene this is over, I have to rate it among my top 3 favorite stories of all time, and trust me, I have TONS of stories, possibly thousands. You have done an amazing job on this! I will definitely read this again and again!
