Just got to chapter 5. Had to comment. Vampire clan called the Lake Clan? Are they native americans? I have to mentally change there name. Anyone would to take a vampire clan with that name seriously. Other wise great story. Cant wait to finish it.

Not a terrible premise, but for the love of God, your monologues need work. Focus on making them more natural, and less like massive run-on sentences.

Interesting reveal to the kids. I did notice a mistake at the beginning of the chapter. Lilly told Teesy that she spent the last six years in the grave. They were attacked 31st October 1981 and since story date is 6th August 1986 than it is less than five years though for simplicity sake she could just say she spent five years since that is close enough. The main reason I pointed this out was Lilly was dug up on the kids sixth birthday and six years would mean she had no time with her babies before she was put in the ground. I am really enjoying the story.

I am enjoying this story so far. I am glad that you have already made the Dursley's pay. I really hate the stories where they get at most a slap on the back of the hand for the most atrocious of abuse. At the same time I agree that at his age Dudley is not responsible for his actions not that you showed him doing anything wrong. I assume we will get Lilly's back story as a vampire as the story goes on. This is the first fanfic that I have read with that plot line and should prove quite interesting.

Was willing to follow your story flow until this HUGE flag! NOW there is NO WAY the Goblins would allow for Harry to just hand over his titles EVEN if it was to his twin sister, he knows nothing of there world and while Lily didn't outright state they were ignorent of the magical world, she dropped enough hints that he understood what she wasn't saying. Now MAYBE when he's older and knows all the implications of surrendering half of his titles then at the earliest I could see it happening when they're thirteen to fifteen years old. Major peeve was hit will return to story at a later date if you continue and update.

Yep ppl continue to make choices for the story that no person ever would like into a magical forest because magical creatures are safer? Nope everything in the magical world is more dangerous generally smart cats, supersized parlaysis snakes, large intelligent paralysis spiders. Or you could go to a normal forest and hunt a dear where the largest a bear not 30 ft long snake just saying
Yep this illustrates the classic well I want this to happen as author so logic is forgotten and it happens all over this narrative
