Dude... I don't even know what to say about this. English obviously isn't your first language, and if you ever write on this site again, please make sure you have a beta. It's absolutely terrible. I'm not trying to be mean by saying this, just please get a beta next time you want to write. I hope you don't take that the wrong way though, the idea and plot aren't bad at all, it's just your English skills that's all.

For those who read review/comments first or check them after they finish reading be forewarned, this person never finishes there stories, disappears for months at a time only to come back post one chapter for a new story/continue with one and then repeats the process. So don't expect anything from them to be continued when you read it. If the author is reading this and is getting angry/upset for me calling them out on there bull**** then they should find the time to finish all of there own stories or put them up for adoption for other writers to finish.

Wouldn’t it be a shame if Counter Guardian EMIYA’s E-Ranked Luck would get him summoned to this Shirou as a familiar? I mean both of their elements are Sword and from what I can tell in Familiar of Zero, the familiars that are summoned match the summoner’s element type. It’d be interesting seeing EMIYA meeting a broken Shirou who decided to abandon his ideals. It’s pretty likely to happen considering that they are both “Shirou Emiya”. The catalyst would probably be Illya’s own body or even Avalon. Heck it could even be Unlimited Blade Works itself.
