Some severe errors.
- The Mizukage is not the only person to to have dual Bloodlines. In fact quite a few characters do. Mei Terumi is known for having two Elemental Bloodlines, a rarity but still not unknown.
- The Uzumaki do not have an actual Bloodline Limit, they have several Chakra based abilities and anyone some Uzumaki genes manifests a few. Their genes also work pretty will with other bloodlines, unless they are majorly recessive.
- And interesting note with Hyuugas is that their Bloodline is carried through almost 100% of time and they mix with other bloodlines well.
- If the idea was actual Clan preservation and restoration it would require several females of varied genetics to carry children. Realistically it would be carried out via IVF over women who don't even need to marry the male donor.

As for who Naruto winds up with. He completely botches the Akatsuki's endgame and accidentally transforms every male save Himself, Killer Bee, Konohamaru, Rock Lee, and Gaara into women. The women unfortunately all sync their cycles.

Well, that was certainly a good read. I enjoyed most of it. The only thing that I did not like was Tsunades Support of the CRA. After all is she not the last senju? Shouldn't she be bound by the same laws? And for the Argument of bloodlines pass down if it is the only one does not add up at all. Since Tsunade is a direct desendent from hashirama yet she doesn't have mokuton. So she should be another person to fit all points needed to marry Naruto. And he and his big mouth should call her out on it in a second chapter.

I died at Sakura. RIP OTP. Also RIP NaruIno and NaruTema that end xD. By the way, the true ending to Naruto is that Madara is a girl and falls in Love with him after he beats some sense into her. They get married and live happily ever after, having 8 children together. Also Sasuke becomes the next Hokage and marries everyone you disqualified.

I saw that coming, but I still loved it. Shizune x Naruto is cute.

Naruto ends up with Paperwork as his main love. He has a side hoe in Shikamaru as his Paperwork Assisstant. Ammo ends up with Sweets and Tango as her Sugar Daddies. Mizukage hooks up with Tsunade as they lament on loneliness...

I think Fem Kyuubi is the perfect bride and wife for Naruto.

Well, that was interesting reasoning, served in a funny way. I always liked NaruShizune pairing, although I prefer NaruHina.

About girls:
- Some people think that Yamanaka, Nara, Aburame and Inuzuka have no bloodlines - it's all secret techniques. Still, the matter of inter clan politics would still stay.
- Arguments against Tenten weren't strong enough, but I never liked this pairing - I have nothing against Tenten, but she's not... sexy? Cute? There is no chemistry.

You should be glad you didn't finish the Naruto story... Kishimoto was on drugs during the last few chapters, so Naruto ended up with a female Gaara, Sasuke and a reanimated Fuu (7 tails jinchuriki) :p

He ends up with sakura,hinata,ino,tenten&temari.

I saw the ending coming when Shizune first started defending him and it was reinforced with each requirement. Still was funny when it happened!

Who does he end up with in the end? Sasuke. After their final climatic battle they come to realize the depths of their feelings for each other, feelings they always attributed to other things. So in the end they run off to Suna and live happily ever after.

No that's not it but it was a satisfing ending. You should at least watch naruto the final movie.
Anyway it's a grate start and I can't wait for more to come.
