Was googling for certain types of grimmichi stories, this type of storyline, and managed to find yours.
I like what you have so far. The starting of the first chapter was a good way to upset me for sure, haha. All your characters are pretty on point, not ooc, which is great. And the pacing is good so far. I kind of also liked the end of chapter three, with Grimmjow feeling a foreboding at Ichigo's declaration and agreement with Urahara. I see you haven't updated in a long while, so I don't expect there will be more, but thanks for writing what you did. Kudos.
